Blackboard Collaborate will be unavailable while the vendor performs maintenance.
Reason for change:
The vendor is performing routine maintenance on Blackboard Collaborate. (ID # 162261)
Impact of change on Users:
All Banner 9, INB, and SSB services including Workflow and Oracle Reports will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Reason for change:
ITS is applying Oracle quarterly security/update patches to production Weblogic servers. (ID # 165317)
Impact of change on users:
The listserv service may be unavailable and users may experience possible email delays up to 45 minutes during the maintenance period.
Reason for change:
ITS is adding new filesystems for the CIS-CAT security standards and applying security patches and updates to the LISTSERV servers. (ID # 165184 & 165657)
Impact of change on users:
The wireless and wired networks in the following buildings will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
During the planned maintenance, the wired and wireless networks, as well as Mason phones will be intermittently unavailable. Prior to the planned maintenance, please save all work that is network-dependent (i.e., files synced to OneDrive or saved to the M: shared drive) and plan accordingly for phone calls. Cell phone service will not be impacted.

ITS is upgrading switches in the following buildings: Colgan Hall, Discovery Hall, the Freedom Center, the Hylton Performing Arts Center, and the Occoquan Trailer. (ID # 164805)
