Vonage has reported an intermittent issue affecting incoming calls to their service. As a result, users may be unable to receive phone calls from outside the university when using Vonage desk phones, softphones, or the Microsoft Teams integration.
Vonage engineers have identified the root cause and are actively working to resolve the issue and restore full service.
Please note that Vonage desk phones remain functional for internal calls, including calls to University Police. However, if you are using a mobile phone or another device, you may reach University Police directly at:
